- registration of participants according to topics chosen and preferences

- some policies:

+ number of participants in the two rounds of training to be balanced in numbers

+ participants need to stay for the full three days because most participants are also audience and, because this is also a training in how to present in front of the camera etc. the programme of who shoots which lesson is fluid according to readiness to stand up on stage etc.

+ use of presentation material branding, homogeneity etc.

• Ideally not neon lighting
• Approximate size of room and photo
• Acoustics (sample recording on a phone)
• Lights that host may have available
• Theatre kind of room preferred with a small stage and curtains
• Sound proofing/reduced external noise (can be maybe in a part of the host's building that is not too noisy

  Platon and CSI to shoot a voice clip in the proposed room and photos and send so that technicians can assess the filming environment.

  Registration form is online already to gauge distribution between Verona and Katerini rounds of training

  Template for the PPTs will be issued soon. Homogeneity will also be on number of slides, number of words on each words on each slide etc.
