2 rounds of training in presence in Verona and Nicosia for a comprehensive 36 participants (18 per round) from all partners, recording and post production to become lessons in the online module
A4 Two rounds of training: the result will be two sessions of three days training each in Verona and in Nicosia hosted by CSI and UNIC respectively with 36 participants during which content in workshop format will be tested with the participants and recorded to become lessons part of A3.
- design a training module for teachers A2 that comprises the conveyance of knowledge and imparting of skills that equip teachers to have sound background knowledge and knowhow when embarking on gender equality education, cultural diplomacy (also in other areas by way of transfer), transformative learning and culturally sensitive education,
- record and make the course available online for learners during the project lifetime and beyond A3,
- run two rounds of training A4 with 36 participants from the partners to test the content and get feedback, to record those lessons that will be in workshop format and later use them as lessons in the online training module,
- test the online training module with at least 70 learners A5 and
- after the Toolbox and testing of lessons in WP3 is concluded, the Toolbox and the clips about beneficiaries' experience A6 are added to the training module as a resource.
