1 set of findings from all partners about local context and scenarios and 1 round of feedback from all partners about similarities and peculiarities that attract their attention from the result.
A1 Desk Research: result will be deep insight into the social dynamics within the classrooms, schools and communities within the context of all the partners structured to gather intelligence and ensure full understanding of aspects of culturally sensitive education that will be needed in the training module and the Toolbox in WP3.
The partners will:
- start with desk research A1 in order that training design may have sound foundations for discussions on the aspects of culturally sensitivity education which is important to coach teachers on gathering intelligence and observations from classroom, school and social dynamics because cultural diplomacy activities must be such that they do not alienate but be inclusive of all audiences. In the context of this project this is of utmost importance because lessons/initiatives/activities will be designed to also reach out to persons in the immediate background of students.
- Desk Research: CSI and UNIC will lead this activity with ValIda leading collection of partners' input (and starting up the Community of Learning)
Participation
A1 Desk Research
- CSI and UNIC 1 expert each drawing up parameters for research and then drawing up one document consolidating all findings.
- All partners except ValIda at least 1 educator/trainer/non-teaching staff working on feeding the desk research
- Valida 1 person involved in gathering data and starting Community of Learning within the partnership
A validation activity will be running horizontal throughout all these steps.
