To reach the city center you have many possibilities:
Moovit : like GMaps a taxi just outside the airport. In Bologna is not very expensive.
BUS:
Outside the arrivals you can take the bus
944 from airport to Ospedale Maggiore (that is not far from the center and then take other bus). Tickets are availables on the bus paying by card. (30 min regularity)
MARCONI EXPRESS:
Monorail inside the airport with routes every 10 min. Price 12,50 purchasable with card. The trip goes from the airport to the train station.
