- discussion whether it is best to have one questionnaire or several for different participants and

- in case agreement on areas to cover.

3 Questionnaries

1. Educators in the School/Uni space  minimum 5 from each partner country 

2. Demographics/reflections on sensitive topics minimum 5 from each partner country

3. Sharing experience in cultural diplomacy activities either gender equality activities that can be transferred to the topic  minimum 5 per partner

WP2 A2 Design of Training Path

General structure of the training was started so that:

1. CSI and UNIC suggest explanatory texts and suggest topics and

2. then document is open for all to edit and partners can volunteer to take up lessons for delivery and recording in Verona and Greece.

Lessons will cover 18-20 hours as per project proposal

Training in Verona and in Greece

Shift approved by the National Agency to have the second training in Greece instead of in Cyprus:

- discussion needed between UniVr, Platon and UNIC about shift in mobilities budget,

- discussion needed regarding engagement of students that was planned if training happened in Cyprus and

- policy about division of mobilities going to both destinations.

- 2 Rounds of training (CSI and UNIC hosting the two rounds) with partners' minimum participation as follows:
CSI: 2 lecturers and 7 students
UNIC: 2 lecturers and 7 students
Maria Regina: 2 primary school teachers
Ferdinand Buisson: 2 primary school teachers
Istituto Comprensivo: 2 primary school teachers
Platon: 3 primary school teachers
Idea Malta: 2 trainers
LABA: 2 trainers
Synkoino Coop: 2 trainers and 2 teachers
ValIda: 2 trainers

Technically no budget shift is needed if partners are ok with Platon mobilities going to Verona and UNIC sending to Greece and/or Verona general discussion about the activities in Verona and in Greece ie. lessons delivered live become video lessons. There will be coaching.

Mobilities will be distributed to both locations.
