Coordination Meeting 2

A presentation by the Research Project Management and Reporting Unit of University of Verona about financial rules and administrative information.  
They explained the grant agreement with 3 annexes and partnership agreement, information about the obligation of the coordinator such as monitoring, payments. Also the partners' obligations were explained. Beneficiary Module and Project Results platform were introduced but not functioning yet for this project. 

Then budget details were explained.

1st Payment %40 , after interim report %30 and after final report %30.  
Two reports: Interim report deadline is on 30.04.2025 and partners will be asked to send docs on 10.04.2025. Partners will send Docs for final report on 10.09.2026 and deadline for final report is on 30.10.2026  

The NA recommends to collect letter of assignments for all staff involved and timesheets. CIS will collect all timesheets and also boarding passes. They reminded partners to keep all the docs and tickets.  
EU-Funding visibility also mentioned. EU emblem and disclaimer.  
Questions from the partnerships were related to budgeting for mobilities etc. and how these fall within the lump sum system ie. partners have to fulfil obligations within WP within the budget assigned to them.

WP2 A1 Desk Research

• Questionnaire 3 will be open in the coming weeks so that it becomes a preparation for WP3 when we design the Toolbox.

In the Verona training around   
6.4 hours of lessons were recorded. The next most important step is to give a sequence of the courses (plan of the courses) (like Unit 1-2, …) (CSI IDEA Malta and UNIC will meet in the coming days to bring this together so that once we know what is necessary to have a homogeneous and good flowing course we solicit specific topics to be covered for the shoot in the Katerini training in May.

Education partners will be asked more for training videos and school partners will work on WP3 examples and experiences.

Though we will be able to complete the rest of the 18 hours of the course in Greece we will supplement from the Toolbox and crafting lessons will feed the courses. The learners are teachers and future  teachers so theoretical info is needed.

The first 1.5 mins of each lesson will be published for dissemination purposes.

It is important to focus on the audience ie. teachers and therefore we are missing a part that is for learning about oneself, changing mindset of the teachers. This is an important part of the project for the education of the teachers/educators and for methodologies to bring transformative learning of the parents etc.

WP2A3 Production of Module

• Assessment of recording experience in Verona
• Compensation for content to record in Greece

CSI, UNIC and IDEA Malta will put the course online on their platform in modalities that they choose ie. blended, stand alone etc.

It is important that technicians from the three partners make contact with IDEA Malta so that they share technical requirements how course will be absorbed into the training offer of the three partners for pilots and for their own general use beyond the project.
